Yeah. I just have no energy or hope. I can barely take care of myself let alone construct a decent letter for a congressman or put any more false hope into anything else. Because of all of this stress we are fighting pretty badly. He is currently not talking to me, but I'm certain its my fault for taking all of my emotions out on him. Nonetheless he's not there for me through this right now. I'm struggling badly at work, I'm late everyday. I can't fall asleep until late, then I oversleep and getting out of bed is virtually impossible. I am neglecting my dog. I'm crying uncontrollably as I write this. I don't know what to do.

I'm so sorry. You're not alone and you will get through this.

It seems that they wait for you to break down to then send you the next steps hehe but I'm glad you finally got it :D

So true just before I got my NOA2 I was at the end of my ropes with this process. I am grateful for my fiancé no matter how upset I was he was always so calm. Sometimes his calmness help sometimes I want to choke him because wanted him to be just a angry as I was. :goofy: but I am so glad now that it's almost over. I pray that all goes well and we get approve.

So this morning my status at NVC was "At NVC", but I just checked again it becomes "Ready"!

How is it even possible? I thought there is "In Transit" in between? Does it really mean the case is ready at the embassy? I am confused ...

that was fast!!!

It was with my Embassy you schedule your own interview. The only hold up was packet3 because we needed the letter for the medical. I got some advice from a very nice young lady here on vj that had gone through the process in March from my Embassy. She advised me not to wait for packet 3 to go ahead a complete my ds-160 create an account on ustraveldocs and go ahead and pay for my visa even before reaching the Embassy. She also advised me to email my Embassy requesting that they email it to me verses them sending it out via snail mail. So I followed her advice with the exception of paying for the Visa fee I waited until it had reached the Embassy. I sent the Embassy an email on Wednesday a day after it had arrive and we got the packet today. Haiti no longer requires packet 4 so we are set.

Thanks I can't wait for more approvals though I feel so bad for alot of our September folks. I was going mad at 189 days I would have lost it by now without an approval. I hope those of here get a speedy process. I feel so much better today. Fiance has his medical at 10 which he almost postponed until I went all physotic on him as if my nerves can take any delays. So then eitheir today or tomorrow he will go do the police cert.

Hi guys! So our case was approved on April 16th. I already have the NOA2 on hand. But I haven't heard anything from TSC or the NVC. Nothing about our case or where it is at. What is the typical wait time until I hear anything from NVC? I know I am supposed to get an email but nothing yet. Would you suggest calling the NVC? Thanks!

We are in the same boat. Were approved on the 17th. Just called USCIS first and the guy told me "everything looks good, should be on its way"

Called NVC (took five times in a row to get through and was actually on hold for less than 30 seconds last time) and was told that they had not yet received it.

So, yours is probably with ours wherever ours is- here's to hoping it arrives this week! :)

As you know nothing with TSC is ever consistent. I've seen it go out the next day case in point mines ad then I've seen it take up to three to four weeks for them to send your file. I've read that they go out in batches. Until it show's o their website that the file has been sent do bother calling NVC it's still at TSC.

Once they send it take about 10 days to arrive.
