Changing Jobs

I just CANT take my job anymore... My 130/129 just got approved.. and are supposed to be getting sent to the NVC/ cairo.. But at this point.. I hate my job.. and i want to leave! Does anyone know if this would cause a Big problem??

It won't cause any problems at this point . . . as long as you find a new job which fulfils the current income needed for your future household size, and/or a joint sponsor that will assist you in gaining this absolute requirement come interview time for you spouse. I don't see why it should be a problem as long as you're employed somewhere else. I'll be in the same situation soon because the contract with my current company will expire in March, key is finding something else soon.

Not a problem at all. You have to get a I134 notarized for your spouse though. I'd get that prior to quitting, and maybe get another one done after you get a new job. If you have a hard time getting a new job, at least you will have the older (which I was told does not expire, though if too old consulate officer may request newer one) I134 forr your spouse to bring to her interview. As I understand, they don't contact your employer to see if you are still there, so it shouldn't be a big deal even if she uses an I134 for a job you no longer work at.
