Travel Question before receiving GC, I-130 & I-485 & Interview passed

Dear all,

here is my current situation and question:

My wife and I successfully submitted all paperwork which had been approved.

After about one month I received my travel and work permit card.

Recently we had the interview and all went well and they told me the card should be mail to me within a month or so.

Now I used the travel permit and went to visit my parents in europe for 18 days.

Now I am curious with the following situation:

What if the greencard is getting mailed to my home address in USA while I am still outside only traveling with the travel permit.

Is there any trouble if I did not wait for the GC?

I was not sure when it would be mailed to me and therefore I decided to travel.

It all went very fast.

Nope, the EAD and AP are good for a year. My wife received her GC in the mail while she was back in her country visiting and had no issues.
