Kids can't attend school without shots.

If it is because of religion they don't have to nor do the "immunization non believers". Still think it should be an option for Immigrants, as it is for us Americans. I could see if it is something like for example measles,mumps and rubella shot and they country they come from is riddled with it. Other then that I see it unfair :s

Some states allow waivers to school children for religious reasons and some also for moral grounds. US immigration law also allows waivers for the same reasons.
