Hello April Filers,

We filled our I-130 on 21st April and got NOA1 on 23rd April.

Today it is 2nd November.

Can anybody tell me how much long will it take for us to get NOA2?

Thanks!

I was TSC too,April 6th and was approved on September 28th (after RFE). You should have been approved by now.Try calling them. It's pretty reasonable after waiting for 6 months!

We keep on buging uscis every other day, but they only give us dates mentioned on uscis website, we have seen this that many people who petitioned after us or in the similar timeline are been approved.

I don't know how this thing is behaving and our anxiety is increasing day by day.

We don't know what shall we do?

I know this is not an answer that helps but wait...I don't think it'll be much longer..

You're almost done with the most difficult part!!There's waiting at the NVC stage but you can do things so it's a bit easier...

Be patient for a little longer, love is worth it :)

ok so today my hubby who is the sponsor got the welcome letter and the list of things to do from NVC. now the problem here is that the location for my interview is not in Sydney Australia (Im in Australia and interviews are normally held in Sydney) it is in Vienna, Austria. I cant go there as I have two kids and one is newborn. why did they choose Austria when it can be Australia. can it be changed? if yes, would it delay the process of getting the visa. and where do I call to change this or help me with it.

OK but you should be approved by now, but USCIS is not sometimes fear in dealing with cases specially for i 130

I don't know where and what is going wrong, everytime we call them they say the date mentioned on USCIS website that is 25th March.

It's probably a mistake on their side, someone chose the wrong thing since they're right next to each other alphabetical. I'd just call NVC and find out if you need to do anything to get it switched or if they can do it without a form. It shouldn't delay things.

The thing about that chart is it was up to date on August 31. So on that date they were working on March 25. You would hope that by early November they would be well into April or even in May. But until it's updated you won't know. A friend of mine just waited almost a year at TSC, never found out why. I'd call twice a week to get updates until you're approved and try to speak to a level 2 supervisor every few weeks.
