Thanks! I wish they would tell us why they are so slow! It took them 3 weeks just to receive the case! Lol I never thought the postal service could be so slow in the US!!!

Nvc got my case today. The lady told me 42 days but when I said 42 days?! She told try to call after 2 weeks.

I am somewhat in the same situation. I got my approval on Aug 31st but DOS sent it back to USCIS for further review and may take up to 180 days. That's what USCIS says.

I truly agree with aijaykoro its very frustrating at this point.

[its really frustrating, waiting for approval for 6 an a half months but no worries Allah will surely help all of us its jus a matter of time and to be patience

Hello everyone, please do I need to wait for nvc welcome letter before I can proceed cz I haven't heard anything or there is another way to get my case no and iin. It's over a month since my approval

You need to call them!!PLEASE read the previous pages or basically any info on google and on this website!

It's so sad that so many people have been waiting for months and delaying their cases when a simple google search could help

No,you have to have the INN (Invoice Identification Number) along with your case number.Good news is you don't have to wait for their letter you can just call back and ask for it.
