Congrats on everyone being approved and I hope the rest of the people that are waiting get good news ASAP!!

Quick update on our case!We were approved on the 28th of September,case sent on the 1st and received on the 9th!

They told us it could take up to 35 days.From what I've seen it rarely takes that long so keep calling them.

Call when they open at 7 am,I usually get through the first or second time but you will have to wait.Shortest was 13,longest waiting time was 35 minutes.

GREAT TIP FOR EVERYONE!!If you're calling from abroad use the app magicJack to call any US number (landline/mobile) for free through the internet.Not sure if it works on Android phones but it's great on IOS.

I use it both for calling NVC and my husband.Best app I've come across.

Got our case number today!! :)

was it at the first call, because I was told 35 days. They haven't received it yet.
