Hi

I got my NOA1 on 20th April and they received my case on 16th April but still they haven't cash check and it's not showing in my bank account too that they withdraw money.so what to do? Usually it takes this much long?

The check will be cashed soon, dont worry, this happened to us. We got the NOA1 and then i think 2-3 days later the check was cashed.

After the interview I think you have 60 days to travel to the US. Every case is different and the waiting varies, depending on the consulate, the Sevice Center, and a little bit of luck I guess

The visa you're applying is CR1, i-130 is the first pack of forms you send to USCIS. I'm not sure what's your question then. You can get as soon as you get your passport back from the embassy after the interview but it could be October, November,December, January, you never know

Vermont centre is too tough for the spouse of permanent residence I-130 petition. Is it takes a year for aproval? As Processing time shows October 2013 so what should we understand?

I dont know if its too tough. What I've seen on the Igor's list is that they are processing applications from Feb 16th, 2015. Even if they are tough you could get an RFE in a shorter time, that shows that they are processing your/mine/whoever's case. I dont know about denials or approvals, but hope it all goes by fast!!

Oh I just see your pettitioner is a LPR. For what I've read, all centres are a bit tougher but hey, you never know what can happen!

I am not worried about time frame as I am already in U.S. As a student And both are living together but thing is that we want to finish it as early as possible. Anyway if it will take more than 1 year than my wife will be citizen next year so probably than we will change petition as a U.S. Citizen spouse let's see what happen. Hope so all hoes well and will finish up within 12 months..

I wish that list was accurate, our NOA1 was the 13th, zi know people from earlier in FEBRUARY who still haven't been approved or even receive an RFE to show some sort of movement. I'm afraid Vermont has been inundated with LPR petitions from other centers. Seems they've put everything else on hold. Unless you are from the Philippines.
