I congratulate everyone that has bn approved. I'm desperately waiting to be approved and I can't stop checking the uscis website.

Congratulations to all those who have been approved. I see that a lot of those transferred from Vermont to CSC have been seeing approval. I was also transferred on Aug 25 and I received a text this morning saying my case status has been updated. However, I did not get any email and I have been checking my status on the website and it has not changed up till now. To those who got their approval notice by text messages, did it actually categorically say the case has been approved? I am getting worried............

USCIS

March 24, 2015 - Sent I-130 applications for my mom and dad to Chicago Lockbox

March 27, 2015 - Received date.

March 27, 2015 - Priority date.

March 31, 2015 - Received text and email indicating application received and forwarded to Vermont Service Center

April 1, 2015 - Check Cashed

April 4, 2015 - NOA1 received in the mail.

August 25, 2015 - Case transferred to another service center.

September 21, 2015 - Case status change to RFE.

September 21, 2015 - Received RFE in the mail.

September 23, 2015 - Response to RFE sent.

September 28, 2015 - Response to RFE received by USCIS.

November 16, 2015 - 2nd RFE received in the mail.

November 19, 2015 - Response to 2nd RFE sent.

November 23, 2015 - Response to 2nd RFE received by USCIS.

It certainly is difficult for everyone, but you can find happiness knowing that you have already started this process and now it's just a matter of time before it is done. The waiting is tough but the end result will be worth the wait. Just keep your head up and remind yourself that it will all be over shortly, and that you are a lot closer to this being done than you were in April when you originally filed. :)

Thanks for the positive vibes! The waiting is brutal, but you are absolutley right!

My case was transferred to CSC from VSC too... Transfer date: Aug 21... later checked online and the status changed on 1st Sep to received at local office...

Is your status saying the same??

Yes my status shows the same file received at local office.My status was changed in 9th september.i was transfered from VSC to CSC on 28th August

Ok... I guess it's the waiting game allover again... Hopefully soon..

My case was transferred to CSC from VSC too... Transfer date: Aug 21... later checked online and the status changed on 1st Sep to received at local office...

Is your status saying the same??

My status has not changed since Aug 25 when the case was transferred. I did not get a notice that it was received. I just got a text message on my phone this morning that my case has been updated quote "Your case ******** is now updated. Check my case status at www.uscis.gov" and no update on the website.

My status has not changed since Aug 25 when the case was transferred. I did not get a notice that it was received. I just got a text message on my phone this

I was transferred in August 25th from vsc to csc and I was approved on Monday

My status shows

My i-130 received at local office

So i called to USCIS they said your file at local office for process to reduce workload of Service centre.so thats not to worry about

I got approved on Aug 31. I am a TSC filer. Just the NVC hasn't received my case yet.

What effort have u made?Have u called USCIS to know if they have forwarded ur case to NVC?Have u called NVC?Has your case status changed online?
