Guys I checked the Texas center processing time

Now according to their website the last case they approved was from December 21st

Is this true? We have to wait that long ??

Hmmm not sure where you got that but when I check the processing times it says that they're at the end of January and the last approved case had a NOA1 of January 28th..

So we probably will need to wait the full 5 months for NOA2 but that's to be expected

Fingers crossed! We also filed for a K3 Visa. I'm not sure how accurate the VJ processing times are but it seems like they will be looking at our file this week. Here's to hoping that' is actually the case. So tired of waiting!

K3 is obsolete I believe

I have filed for K-3 as well and It seems that it may got approval before I130 from VJ Processing timeline.

K3 costs more and lasts in general longer.Extra processes that you will have to complete later are included in the IR-1/CR-1 application

I know it may cost more but I can't leave without my loved one. So I am trying all the options that I have on my hand.

We're alll on the same page love...We did our research and asked people that have gone through the same process and all advised us to avoid the K3.I really hope it works out great for you guys though
