NVC got my I-130 on may 27th and got my NOA 2 on June 5th. Still cant go on line to pay my fees etc. But my papers seemed to have been expedited (did not ask for It because I wasn't qualified) So hopefully you will get yours by the end of this month.

NOA2 can take up to 5 months to get approved and then I think it's about the same amount of time for the rest of the proccess..It depends on how quick you are on your part too

Yeah I was told to call back then as well. But I'm still calling on Friday. It will have been 2 weeks and it seems most people can get a case number after 2 weeks.

Hey everyone!Just noticed that Texas Service Center has started approving cases from January. For those of you

that get to be approved fast,it may not seem like much (and you probably don't even check this thread any more since it doesn't concern you) but to those of us that have to wait for 5 long months,it's something!Hope we all start getting some news soon!

Wow I'm an April filer too. I called this morning and they told me that I may have to wait till November. The latest... This is so crazy. Everyone got routed to CVC but I guess mine got lost

So my case number for NVC was assigned on June 17 but it's locked so they couldn't add our email addresses to the case so we have to wait for the packet to be mailed to us. And I couldn't log in online with our case number and IIN, not sure if I should be able to or not or if it's just part of the technical problem. More of a waiting game....

I can't log in . The case number should be ABC 2015 xxx xxx. INN is 8 digits?

Yeah my IIN is 8 digits and case number is ABC 2015 XXX XXX. Assuming not being able to log in is part of the whole technical glitch currently going on at NVC but not entirely sure. They said the packet was mailed on the 18th so it should be here sometime next week. If I've not gotten it by the end of the week, I'll call back and see if I can at least get them to add our email addresses.

Are you eligible for EP? We are... trying to decide if we go that route or not.
