HI everyone.

update on my case. I called NVC on Monday after trying for three days and got through to a rep. they received my case on may 27th, got my noa 2 hard copy on may 18. so I should be calling back after two weeks again or sooner, hopefully they have a case number for me. I'm glad everyone is getting there case approved.

Everyone?Is this a joke??The only updates on this thread are from the same 4-5 people.Nothing like waking up in the middle of the night to see messages from people getting approved in less than a month while we're on day 60+ and will most likely get approved in September.

USCIS site is still saying they have approved my case nothing else. You could call NVC and check they might have your case too.

Yeah I have called NVC (morning of June 3) and they hadn't received it yet. Going to try again tonight.

IR1 Visa

Service Center: CSC

Marriage: 2011/09/24

Baby girl: 2012/12/31

I-130 Sent: 2015/04/08 - USC filing from abroad

NOA 1: 2015/04/10

NOA 2: 2015/05/20 - 40 days!!

NVC Received: 2015/06/05

Case number assigned: 2015/06/17

Submitted DS-261: 2015/07/05

Paid AOS fee: 2015/07/10

Paid IV fee: 2015/07/27

Submitted via email AOS and IV packets: 2015/07/27

Checklist: 2015/08/05 - for DS-260 was having website difficulties and didn't realise they would review our case in 11 days.

Submitted DS-260: 2015/08/07

Supervisor Review: 2015/09/14 - 38 days after submitted DS-260 and still waiting

Checklist/Email from Supervisor?: 2015/09/18 - for missing police certificate, even though we were suppose to submit directly to the Australian consulate. Emailed them as requested stating that info and called stating that info was told to wait another 30 days for them to respond?!?!?!?! :ranting: At least now I'm in direct email communication with a someone.

Case Complete!! - 2015/09/22 - 110 days

I will call NVC for the first time tomorrow, it would be exactly 15 days after NOA2.

I expect at least they "received my case" and if we're lucky they'll give me the NVC case number.

I'll report back as usual. Fingers crossed! Best wishes to all.

Called just now and NVC received my case today. Was told to call back in 4 weeks to get the case number. I reckon I'll call back in 2 weeks. ;)

Was surprised I didn't have to wait on hold at all when I called. It went straight through!

4/17/15- 1-130 sent

4/23/15- NOA1

5/21/15- NOA2

6/05/15- NVC received case

6/18/15- received case number

7/06/15- completed DS-261 and paid AOS fee

7/23/15- AOS and IV packages sent

7/27/15- IV fee paid, document scan date

8/05/15- completed DS-260

8/15/15- CASE COMPLETE!!

9/28/15- interview at Tokyo embassy- APPROVED

Your noa2 date and mine are same. I called nvc yesterday, my case had not received yet.

Anyone thats not filing from abroad or from the Phillipines are still waiting and will wait for a couple more months! Which service center did u get?

I did got Vermont service center. Did you got the same?

I did though our priority date is Apr 14th. According to Igors list VSC is processing applications from January but moves back and forth a lot so not 100% accurate

Well best of luck to you, I do hope everyone will get their approval ASAP. Me and my wife has started missing each other. God Please help all of us to get together very soon.

Hey everyone!Just noticed that Texas Service Center has started approving cases from January.For those of you that get to be approved fast,it may not seem like much (and you probably don't even check this thread any more since it doesn't concern you) but to those of us that have to wait for 5 long months,it's something!Hope we all start getting some news soon!

VT has similar dates now. It is unbelieveable that when we applied it said mid/late February giving us all hope and now (two months and a bit later after applying) says January. That lost is not the most accurate method anyways but gives me something to check every day. Lets just keep the faith!

And theres lots of us that havent been approved here so dont worry you're not alone

How soon will NVC process our case when we get I-130 approved?

IR1 Visa

Marriage: 2014/05/16

I-130 Sent: 2015/04/16

NOA 1: 2015/04/21

NOA 2: Waiting...Waiting.......and Waiting.......

NVC Received: hoped for July
