So this morning I got email and txt msg saying

On November 20, 2015, we approved your Form I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, Receipt Number xxxx, so is there anything I can do before I get the letter in mail?

USCIS I-130 Petition

I-130 Sent:........................................04/24/15✓
I-130 Packet Recv'd:........................04/27/15✓

I-130 NOA 1:....................................04/29/15✓
I-130 NOA 2:................................... 11/20/15✓
I-130 NOA 2 Hardcopy Recv'd: ......11/25/15✓

Notting you just wait for like 2 weeks for your case to be sent to nvc then you can call nvc. Congratulations and I hope others still waiting will get good news soon.

Hello,

We finally got approval on 18th November.

But we got approval for both I-130 and I-129F, this is weird.

As per the K3 visa process if I-130 gets approved before I-129F than CR1 is applicable, but here we got approval on both and that too on the same day.

This is really confusing.

Can somebody help us?

any approval for cases transferred from Vermont to california for April 2015 filers pls

Yeah ours was transferred from Vermot to california around 25th august...but we got approved on 10th september

our PD was 6th april..Many april filers got tranferred from VSC to CSC during the same period,but I believe most of us got approved.Did you try calling USCIS ??
