Ready to move on to the next stage I'm calling starting tomorrow once a week to get case number. Did yours say sent to the department of state before you started calling?

Hi,got approved 15th.Has ur status changed on USCIS website?Are you gonna call NVC before ur status changes?I am confused.I don't know if i should call NVC or i should wait to hear from USCIS that my case has been sent to NVC.

Hi,got approved 15th.Has ur status changed on USCIS website?Are you gonna call NVC before ur status changes?I am confused.I don't know if i should call NVC or i should wait to hear from USCIS that my case has been sent to NVC.

My case still says approved I'm just going to start calling because when.I didn't with my son I never got a notification saying my case was sent to the department of state. Even to this day it was never updated and my son has his green card now

Anyone got approved on 9/14 and has their nvc case number as yet?

I just called NVC and the rep. told me that it takes 30 days for NVC to receive the case from USCIS and 30 more days for case number assigned. I know that it is not true. My case was approved on Sep. 15, PD Apr. 17. I guess I have to call back tomorrow then. First call to NVC and got through after 10 mins waiting at 7:30 p.m EST

I am in tears on the bus ride home. Thanks for the support you gave me and others during these past months. More is yet to come but im so glad of this!

We got approved on friday but today they sent the notification and changed the status online!

We got approved on friday but today they sent the notification and changed the status online!
