I would appreciate a link cause I still don't understand where you're getting that.

As far as people from this site are concerned there are plenty January and February filers that have been approved the past few days.

here you go: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do;jsessionid=abcW90tCYb4StbcKjtT6u

If that above link doesn't work -- go to https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do and then click Texas Service center down at the bottom.

It doesn't make sense to me that the wait is longer for citizens though at this point? Ridiculous and beyond frustrating.

Timeline

This was last updated at the end of May.It says it right above the box.It makes sense that they were then processing December applications (so a little over the 5 month mark)

It's been almost a couple months since then so I trust that the Visa Journey timelines are not that off.

It was free to file it once you filed your I130 petition, so we figure it would hurt. And yes, we are aware that the process cost a few hundred dollars more in the long run.

If the processing timelines are even close to accurate, that would be awesome if we get an approval sooner than later! Ready to move on!

Gives us all hope.

Thank you . I was expecting to wait 5 months, but it was only 3 months.

That's right, question..... I saw you filed a i130 and also an i129, will that help speed the process?
