Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

You pay that fee once your visa is approved i think it is $165.

You should get the interview letter since your priority date is may too.

Yes you are right Arrow and as my case went to the Supervisor review and by gods grace it completed on October 23rd and 3 days back some of the IR1/CR1 people got their interview scheduled for the Bombay consulate and their CC date is same as mine too. I dont know how the NVC schedules interviews does the IR1/CR1 gets the preference over the F2A if so then there is no chance that I am getting an interview for the December.

If I get scheduled for the December then I am the luckiest person :) let see what happens

So how is your interview plans going on I assume you have collected all your documents.
