Come on guys ^^ share with us your good news. I'm still waiting on my IL I called last week and they told me not yet

Vermont Service Center:
12/03/13 : NOA1 (Priority Date)
05/29/15 : NOA2 ( I-130 Approved) Electronic confirmation
06/04/15 : NOA2 Hard Copy received in mail

NVC -Stage:

06/25/15 : NVC Received Case (Phone call)
06/26/15 : Case number and IIN assigned (Phone Call)
xx/xx/xx : NVC Welcome Letter ( still waiting LOL )
07/07/15 : DS-261 completed
07/07/15 : AOS Available to pay (PAID)
07/09/15 : Welcome letter received :)
08/**/15 : IV Paid
**/**/15 : ds 206 Completed
08/27/15 : AOS and IV packages sent

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

Just sharing the information that the dates for F2A were moved till 15th May.

I am happy that the dates moved and feeling sad my case is not completed yet and it is under the supervisor review :( hoping to hear some good news.

Thanks a lot my friend!!! Honestly I felt really bad few weeks back and realized that feeling stressed and thinking about this process whole day will not solve the problem so I decided just leave it and wait for the time.

I hope you get your interview scheduled soon.

Hey guys I apologize for not being able to keep up, Congratulations to the new approvals!

And for those who had the approval more than 30 days agao amd received no CC, call them amd have them send it to supervisor review,it helps !

Abt me my wife had her interview September 8th and we still haven't received the passport from the embassy, it's been over 5 weeks and no contact of the embassy is useful, so hang in there guys, the journey doesn't end by the interview :D

I will call if I get no update from them.

Did anyone got CC or IL without calling them first?

I hope we are not going to have delays again as we had with VSC.

Bad news I had today

I called NVC. They say that some of my original documents are not in Greek or English so I need to send them again.

This is very strange because all my documents were in Greek or English.

Now I need to call my lawyer and make her call them.

They say that when they will receive the new documents, they will need another 30 days to review.
