Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

did you email them or called them to change your email address?it's not really important but you might want to call them and make sure they have the right email id.

Not really no, when I called to check on my case if completed, she verified my address email, so maybe they've just changed it for the applicant.

Can someone tell me when I will get my checklist in email. It's already 2 days they said Friday 25th September they review my documents and they said to me on Monday that I got checklist.

I got mine after a week. Be patient your PD is still not current so there's no point on stressing out.

I got mine after a week. Be patient your PD is still not current so there's no point on stressing out.

I filled i864 for sponsor ND I864a for household right .. also in black I put ed N/A right

just prepare the stuff that the NVC representative said you did wrong. Wait for the checklist, check if you have everything they are asking for and then mail the documents. don't rush to mail them before getting the checklist.

Based from my experience,nvc told me that i got checklist thru phonecall so i just waited for checklist email..after 3 weeks still dont have that checklist email and i even request them to resend the checklist email but still no checklist email came so i just decided to resend again those civil docs that they said MISSING..so its like one more additional month for me to wait again for case completion..u can check my signature below...

12/23/13 : PRIORITY DATE

02/28/15 : DS-261

03/04/15 : AOS bill paid

06/30/15 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

07/02/15 : AOS and IV package received by NVC

07/02/15 : Scan Date

07/30/15 : Paid IV fee

07/31/15 : submitted DS-260

08/10/15 : checklist thru phone call (told by CSR but never receive checklist email) they request me to send my civil docs

08/24/15 : re-sent civil docs

08/26/15 : 2nd scan date (received email 08/29/15)

09/10/15 : called nvc..CSR told me i have no problem with my documents and just call back next week

09/15/15 : called morning not cc..called again at 6:15 pm already CASE COMPLETE

09/22/15 : received case complete e-mail

09/30/15 : called in the morning, my 1st and 2nd call no IL...called again at 12:30pm i got IL for NOV 10

They said you will receive email soon . I will wait until this Friday. I will call this Friday if I didn't get email until Monday I will send my documents.
