@SusDan - keep positive because they may close your case very quickly since you are current. (they did that with me). It may still be possible for you to get a late September interview because they are still scheduling for September (believe it or not!).

just keep praying....I'll be almost as excited as you when you get your interview! LOL!!!

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

it is about 43 days that NVC recived my checklist and still no answer. last week they put it on supervisor review, do you think it make the world worst for me? since somebody said that they have another queue for supervisor review?

do you guys know usually how long does it take to get answer after checklist?

I still didn't receive any answer either. My case was also routed on superviser review last week and they said it can take another 42 days for the superviser to review it, they also say --keep calling, there is a chance it will be reviewed soon--. :(

I know it is so frustrating and I am guessing that when the CR assign a case to Supervisor it automatically go out of the regular 30 day wait time queue. don't worry I am also in the same situation that I should have waited when the NVC website had issues :( since then I am facing all these weird problems so one thing I learnt is we need to have a lot of patience in the NVC process :)

Do we have to wait for the interview letter to do the medical?

At least in my country they require it the day of the medical. They also ask you on the phone when is your interview.

08/10/15 : checklist thru phone call (told by CSR but never receive checklist email) they request me to send my civil docs

08/24/15 : re-sent civil docs

08/26/15 : 2nd scan date (received email 08/29/15)

09/10/15 : called nvc..CSR told me i have no problem with my documents and just call back next week

09/15/15 : called morning not cc..called again at 6:15 pm already CASE COMPLETE

09/22/15 : received case complete e-mail

09/30/15 : called in the morning, my 1st and 2nd call no IL...called again at 12:30pm i got IL for NOV 10

Hi everyone

Our visa interview experience:

Arrived at the embassy around 7am and joined the queue. At 7.30 they started calling people with 8am appointments to form a separate queue.

A pre-screen officer checked passport And directed to go through security. After that, went in to the embassy and at reception handed in the interview letter and was given the number i-901. This number is the ticket number and will be called on a large screen. By this time a lot of people with other categories were also waiting and being seen. After about ten mins at 8.10 am I was called to the counter to submit all original docs to a pre-screener and get finger prints done. I also submitted two photos.

Then I was asked to wait again until my number was called.

After waiting for about 45 mins and at 9am I was called back to the counter and this time it was the CO. Everyone was very nice and courteous. The CO asked the following questions:

When and where did you meet?

When did you physically meet for the first time ?

Where is your spouse from originally?

How long has your spouse been in the states?

What university did your spouse attend in the states?

Where is your spouse currently living?

When do you intend to travel to the states?

That was it and then she said everything looks good and that the visa has been approved.

Thank you so much everyone for the support, the advice and encouragement for this past year and a half. I know I wouldn't have been able to maintain my sanity had it not been for this family. Thank you Habel, Sbai, hope wings, Sam, susdan and everyone else that has been with me or following this journey. Good luck to everyone who is getting through this journey and I hope our paths cross some time in the future.
