Hi SusDan7, have you tried calling NVC yet? you might be cc already and you just have not received the confirmation email. Some people with current pd who got cc first week of August received their I/L, you might be one of them. I hope you get your I/L soon...

26 june 2015 IV paid

29 july CC

interview by 24 sep email received by 31 of august

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

No idea....but i guess it wont harm unless you have case complete since your case still at NVC OR may be other folks here can advise us.

That's pretty fast TripalB to get an answer from NVC....in my case i am living currently outside from home country and requested them to change the embassy back in June, only last week we received and update from them. when did you submit your inquiry if u don't mind to share !!

it's my pleasure sharing my experience.when i saw Aos fee changed to N/a i was trying to call NVC for the conform but I'm unable to reach them.then i was submitted my enquiries through email on July31 i got response after 12 day.

29/03/15: Hard copy of transfer received in mail:P

Guys I just received the interview email from NVC, it'll be September 8th !!

I never expected to receive it so soon (though my priority date is almost current), have faith you never know what good is coming your way !!

Hi hopewings, I sent my AOS and civil documents when I got the welcome letter from the NVC. The financial documents, I sent Federal Income tax returns and W2 2014, a letter from my husband's job and proof of US status of my husband.

I completed my case on August 6, and now I'm waiting for a interview date

I hope my information is useful. Luck!
