Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

Mine still did not appear.invoice was received in Mail on Friday but till Wednesday night no update

I had same issue for Aos invoice bill.have to call me escalate to supervisor.

Hope Iv bill appear online soon

No, I haven't received my IL as yet. I haven't called though as yet. I was thinking of calling this Friday maybe to see if there is any news. I'm going to check some of the IR forums as well to see when scheduling begins. fingers crossed. I'll report in if I hear anything.

PrincessBM,.congratulations it's good to see you here !!

Calling NVC was not as easy as I thought because of the volume of calls they receive, you'll need to try several time until your call goes through and they'll ask you about your uscis case number.

Try calling them around 4 or 5 pm eastern time, more likely to go through then.

Just keep calling them until your call goes through, it took me like 2 weeks to get them on the phone.

From Monday Munafn....seems to me they would start scheduling interviews for all....so I m waiting anxiously for Monday......since its 27 th which is end of this month and they usually start around 25-28..... So try on Monday.....but try after afternoon....coz in morning they will start all the process so by noon we should know whether they started or not......keeping fingers crossed....Good luck to all
