I think about 90% of applicants can now access ceac forms/payments now...and the remaining they are working on over the next few days.

You will be able to access DS-260 by the end of the week....so don't lose heart!

@Hopewings - looks like you are rolling along! your RFE hasn't put you too much behind which is good for you!

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

@SunDan - I just got access to my DS-260....phew! its quite an extensive form! I got to page 3 and then gave up and told my husband to get all the information for me.

just some advise, if you haven't done so already, why not take this time to fill out your DS-260 manually in preparation for when it comes online for you? I have had the sample DS-260 for some time now (see link below) but I was so focused on all the other road blocks at NVC that I did not properly review the form. I wish I had done that so I could sail through it!

As it is now, we are stumped at the question of all the addresses my husband has lived at since age 16! Since we are not twenty-somethings, and since my husband is also a contractor and moves around alot...this presents some digging!!

Anyway, I thought I'd just give you that heads up as it might be of help to you to prepare and save you time.

I paid aos fees nd iv fees nd its saw on ceac website that paid ..now i am ready for ds260 too .but i am confused about pcc can i submit pcc during interview or i have to submit now ..embassy mubai india ..pd july 8 2014
