Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

Finally able to pay my IV fee online this morning! Thank you, Lord!!

Looks like NVC is slowly getting its act together...although there are still many applicants who still cannot access their fees online/DS forms.....so its not over for some. Hopefully, they will be joyful by tomorrow...so if you are one of those people, stay encouraged and check the ceac site regularly.

27/5/2015 : Both fees were paid via post

28/5/2015 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

Hi Mahdieh,

Yes you will need to wait for them to review it and it normally takes 30 working days but sometimes they approve earlier. Our DS260 and AOS doucments got reviewed withing 25days. Good luck.

ohh nooo, I sent my documents 1 month ago and yesterday i could fill DS260. In this case if they need to review the form, I will definitly get checklist of DS260 not reviewed :((.

Hi members, I am in a weird situation that I sent my payment money order via mail to the St Louis, MO address on May 20th and since then I am having all these issues L the DOS cashed my money order on May 26th and still now no update on the case and still it shows PAY NOW and when I call the NVC they say that it might be the Money Order was lost and they need to investigate it. Does anyone having this issues and please let me know what should I do.

Still unable to access..called them yesterday and today morning again...same dialogue i have escalated to supervisor and wait 2 / 3 more days...or call us back if you are not able to fill....i have been hearing this since May 28.. O God please help us!!
