Finally able to pay my IV fee online this morning! Thank you, Lord!!

Looks like NVC is slowly getting its act together...although there are still many applicants who still cannot access their fees online/DS forms.....so its not over for some. Hopefully, they will be joyful by tomorrow...so if you are one of those people, stay encouraged and check the ceac site regularly.

best of luck and my continued prayers to all of us on this journey.

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

Yees! Finally completed ds260. Was able to log in today and there it was. I mailed the IV fee by mail and was thinkin I'l have to pay over again online but i guess they did the system down problems. I wish evryone the best too and hope they get it completed

Hi Arrow, i can see on your timeline that you paid by mail. Did you have to call NVC for them to do something so that you can access DS-260? Or it just happened automatically, i.e., payment status being 'paid' and DS-260 being available for you. TIA

That would be amazing! Fingers crossed. There have been some unsubstantiated rumors about some Jan filer receiving their IL for August. I'm definitely going to fly to the wife and be there to support her. Not sure how far they will let me accompany her into the embassy but I still want to be there.

Thank you for your well wishes, Habel! yes, it would be absolutely terrific if we got IL in August...so from your lips to God's ears!

Would love to meet you and Munafn in London (although Munafn lives right next door to me here in MD!), but I'm not sure if I will come to London - all depends on my work schedule. Knowing hubby, he will probably tell me not to come and to just wait for him (he knows I hate flying! LOL!).

I'm just so grateful that things are progressing at NVC at last!
