Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

They only need a copy of your doucments and you are required to provide orginal when you are invited for an interview.

hy all hope everybody doing good. I'm confusion about the Nvc fee i had paid aos fee then there was shown paid printed the receipt .I'm trying to pay iv fee which is invoiced last week through the email.ceac system is not working u know all that i collected all aos and iv package with iv fee (money order)planning to sent today but when i checked the ceac website my aos fee also shown not paid pay now i don't know what's the going on?

hi, trying to call nvc they told me there is an update and transfer my call to another representative to give me case number but, after long wait (45min or more) it hang up :(

trying again but same problem :crying::angry:

Really made me sad this morning when i saw the checklist not filing for DS 260!!

Do not worry everything happens for a reason and the good side is that all your other doucments are okay means that once your fill out your D260 they will complete your case quickly. I am with you and I feel your fraustration. God does things on his own time. Stay postive as you are nearly to the end.
