NVC process for VSC filers from Aug 2013- Jun 2014

With my experience what I had paying the AOS & IV fee by MAIL I recommend not to do it, even though if it takes while to get updated on the NVC site I would pay through online only.

The Mail payment process is worst and I wouldn't recommend at all.

Tbh it is not that bad paying by mail at least for me. The only downside of it is you need to call them to update. For me I sent payment 06/01 they received it 06/02 I got a confirmation email of payment processed early this week so it took them like 1 week to process it. I just needed to keep calling them for updates since it keeps showimg up as Not Paid on my end of the system.

I will probably send the AOS and IV documents Saturday and wait until monday if I can't pay online I will send a cashier check.

PD is Oct 03 2013,, which is current in July.

Not yet ut says NA. The lady told me that after paying IV by a week I will be able to access it

I guess i have to do the same i might send payment tomorrow by mail since the aos fee still says not invoiced on the website and i already got the receipt and don't know how long it's going to take

Oh I sent the payment like 20 days back and nothing heard from them. I am calling everyday and they were asking me to send an email with the money order confirmation and I did sent the email long back still no update. I think my case has some problem with the payment but I see other peoples payment is processed really fast.

This morning when I called them the lady she mentioned that I can send all my AOS documents even though the payment was not updated. I am little bit confused whether to send the documents are not any suggestions from the members will be appreciated .

you can send the documents i have seen lots of people sending documents before payment and filling DS-260 and that's what i am going to do since we don't know how long it's going to take them to update their system.

uff again headache i don't found my co sponsor last year tax return 1040 i have his irs transcript and last 6 month pay stubs co-sponcer said he is lost or where he keeps he didn't found .my side everything is ready just my income is not sufficient for sponsor so i use joint sponsor should i sent aos package without federal income tax return or whats you have experience guys pls suggest me .

Type another 1040 and have your co sponsor sign n date it. I usually use turbo tax to fill tax return so you can make as many copies as you want. You do not have to submit tax return but always can print it. Even hand written copies are acceptable as long as he panid taxes and w2 to support the income.

All my tax returns are in pdf only so when i need it I print them. How it is any different then copying from existing return. All income numbers are from w2 anyway so its same thing.

Just sent AOS+IV supporting documents and IV payment today on express mail overnight. I hope they scan them as soon as possible. Still only to fill DS260...
