After paying the AOS fees, we submitted our AOS / IV documents via mail and NVC scan date was on May 18,2015.

Hi Susdan,, I wonder what does it mean when u say at the end of your sentence that "NVC scan date was on May 18,2015"?

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

That means the nvc received the document on may 18 anc its on their system so it will take 30 days to review. Edited by Arrow

Hello SusDan7, can I send my AOS/IV documents as soon as the AOS bill says PAID? Don't I have to wait for the IV bill?

Yes...once AOS is paid...print out the AOS Bar code page and submit along with AOS / IV package in one envelope. Don't wait!!

Yes..

Reading from other folks scan date is considered that NVC put your documents in their system and count down starts. However, till when???

My husband filled a CR-1 spouse petition for me and my son on 21 april 2015. We still haven't received our USCIS or NVC number. How long is the process for it. I'm in Australia and my husband is an American citizen

Hi Arrow/Dewdrops, Does anyone of your AOS&IV Fee status changed to PAID mine still shows PAY NOW. Last time when I called the CR and she mentioned that I can send the documents and they can print the Document Cover Sheet but now when I talked to another lady she is mentioning that I should not send the documents with out the barcode sheet and cover sheet and also she is mentioning that I cant print the Document Coversheet online and they have to send it Via email :( this is so stupid man how many days they are going to process the payment.

Wow cool great what about the online status Arrow? mine still shows paynow and I didn't get any email at all.

Oh you might have sent the separate checks for AOS & IV fees, I am guessing that's the reason you got an email about only the IV fee and not for the AOS Fee.
