NVC process for VSC filers from Aug 2013- Jun 2014

Arrow, the CR estates the the Welcome Letter is sent when they start processing my case, when it is current or it is close. Of course "close" doesn't mean anything, and they can define the meaning of "close". So I told her I should receive a "letter" saying they received my case and of course there are no visas available. I requested a supervisor, but a usual they're busy and she hanged up.

I can't undestand why people with PD on 2014 they have their case completed and I still stuck and not even received the f.... letter at least saying there are not visas available... What a frustration, same shi... all the time...

Yep, my case was created on 4/5/15

They say you should receive letter from NVC in 30 days keep calling them different times.

Quick update. I was able right now to log in to the payment website. I used to get the termination message. How frustrating I just sent last Monday the payment by mail...

I see that the AOS is Pay now status probably they did not process my payment yet. For IV it is still $0.00 probably will change since they reviewed my DS261 before yesterday.

Arrow keep checking I think they are slowly fixing the problem. Today morning when I just woke up I was not able to log in now I can.

Mine also. I just was on the phone with a nice CR lady. She said on her end they see AOS as paid since Wednesday (They received the check last Tuesday) but I still see it on my end as Not PAID. I think it is ok as long as they confirmed its payment.

I was about to consider mailing the AOS fees, but thankfully I was able pay online yesterday. It is now showing as IN PROCESS.

I still have a few questions. Can someone take time and answer them?

1. What's next after the AOS fee shows COMPLETE? Do we send the AOS packet after that?
2. When will the IV fee invoice be available?
3. I read here that the NVC cases that being with the letters AKD, AMM, DMS, GZO, KDU, MEP, SAA should do Email processing. Does anyone know more about this? I was under the impression we had to mail the AOS and IV packets.

Sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere. I can of course call NVC, but I wanted to be proactive and start collecting all documents.

You can send the package now and wait for the IV bill doesn't really matter...
