Finally all this wait Ds-261 finally available and completed..

I just had a call with a CR I asked him to review the DS261 (I submitted it 1st of May) and he did. He told me that I will receive an invoice of IV in 2 or 3 days. He also told me to send supporting documents from now if they are ready. I think you should call tomorrow or something try your luck to find someone reviewing it. He initially told me it takes 42 days to review DS261 but since I am on the line with him he will do it.

He also told me I may or may not receive an email confirming that they received the paiment of the AOS I had sent.

Dude....Mine case is same as urs...I sent money order for IV fees on May 22 and i checked USPS after one week..Its cashed but today when i called to check the status..they say it is not showing as PAID in their system and asked me to call after couple of days.......

Did u called them to check whether its updated in their system or not..??? If not call them right now and ask them to check.....If still they say same thing then wait for a couple of more days to get that in their system.....

I am trying to remove my attorney from my case and I sent an email to NVC stating that I need to remove the attorney but today I realized that I sent the email to NVC Inquiry instead of sending it to ASKNvc .

The CR says he can’t remove the attorney over the phone and I can’t get the document cover sheet unless until they remove the attorney or I am curious whether I can print the document cover sheet from NVC site after the fees are paid.

I don’t know when the things will get better.

@Dew_Drops it was cashed yesterday and still it says not invoiced don't know what is going on but i was able to fill in DS-261 today which was a good thing.
