@ Arrow and @Sam, if ur fees are invoiced pay through Money order by mail.. it takes only 3 days to get paid. I did the same thing. And it worked well..

1/10/2013 : We sent I130 application to chicago

3/10/2013 : Application received - Priority date

8/10/2013 : NOA1 hard copy received

26/3/2015: Case Transfered to California

2/4/2015 : I-130 Approval

5/4/2015 : NOA2 Hard Copy received

23/4/2015 : NVC recieved the case

1/5/2015 : Case number and IIN assigned (Phone Call)

11/5/2015 : DS-261 Available and completed

27/5/2015 : Both fees were paid via post

28/5/2015 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

6/6/2015 : Scan date - Document received by NVC

5/7/2015 : DS-260 Available and completed

6/7/2015 : Checklist ( marriage certificate from another authority- i864 ( missing tax for 2014)

16/7/2015 : our new Scan date

12/10/2015 : 2nd checklist: NVC lost the resident permit document and ask it again.

20/10/2015 : new scan date

24/11/2015: case complete

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

i paid it by mail and when i try to access it says not Invoiced but i got the invoice with the welcome letter.

I am also not able to access DS-261 yet :protest: . Whenever I try to log in, it says: "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error."

Is any body from April still unable to access DS-261 like me?

In the mean time, can I send my AOS fee without completing DS-261? Or should I wait?

Hello Arrow. I am on the same boat as you. Filled Ds261 on may first and I am stuck since then. On website I am not invoiced yet but I received the AOS invoice with welcome letter via email. I just sent the cashier check today they should receive it tomorrow.

yes that is right. I thought after 3 days they accepted your payment and updated your page :D with payment. So I was wrong.

both of these fees are invoiced to me via email though. but in the website both says not invoiced . I think it is due to their difficulties.

I paid both of them via Mail last week. lets see how many more days it will take for them to process fees and accept them. So we can have access to DS260 .
