Hey Dew_Drops, Just to inform you that I sent Money Order on 16 May And I got confirmed payment on 19 May. So even by mail also its not bad.

Yeah...Thats what i am now doing now for my IV fees ...I just sent off the IV fees by Money order today and hopefully i should get confirmation from NVC soon....

How did u got confirmed payment....??? Did u receive email from NVC that ur payment is now Confirmed as "PAID" or u called them to confirm....???

And now what does it show in ur payment portal when u log in..for AOS fees...Does it shows paid..????

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

I sent pay stubs of past 3 months...i.e. total 6 pay stubs from the date i mailed...I also got recent pay stub so i added that too...so in total 7 pay stubs....thats it.....I havent sent any Job Letter or Bank Letter or statement....I dont think they need all this.....if u read in their website they say to either send pay stubs or Job letter....They dont mention to send any bank statement or Bank letter.....

Just send them what is required....unnecessary there is no need to pile up all the documents which are not required...

One of my frds was able to fill DS-261 and pay AOS fees now.....so i think they have fixed to some extent their website...I dont know why u r not able to fill anything but yeah.....they do have fixed a little bit...that is sure....

Since they dont have ur email on their file thats why u didnt got email ablou fee payment otherwise they do email confirmation of fees being Paid...

Yes....That is also fine....But if u submit that adding 6 more pages of pay stubs wont harm u anyway....

I didn't had the Job letter handy thats why i sent pay stubs .....

I recently started new job and i dont have that many so i can send whatever i have and the letter what you think?

I think it will be easier for other forum members if you can include your dates in (My signature option in Settings) just like all of us that way we don't have to ask for priority date and approval date all that...

Just called. they said my case was created on 5/4/15.. He said I should receive the welcome letter on 28 days, so it would be this week, or the next one. then after that, I should be able to choose an agent (DS-261)

I've seen several people with access to DS-261 before that, but not my case.

09/15/16: Email/Text from LockBox@USCIS

09/19/16: I-797-C letters received

09/27/16: BIO early walk-in (10/06/2016)

10/05/16: I-485 RFE email received

10/11/16: RFE yellow letter received/RFE package sent

10/13/16: RFE package delivered (USPS)

10/14/16: RFE package received by USCIS (Email received from USCIS)

11/23/16: I-765 was approved. Card ordered (Expedite processing/Job offer)

6/13/17: Interview. Not approved in the spot. IO wanted to check for gonorrhea test on I-693. She said maybe we could get RFE.

6/29/17: Email saying card was mailed on 6/28/17

6/30/17: We received the card.
