Its free to order transcript from this website. I am not sure what cost 50 but I always get it free by mail. You need to select return transcript when you fill out form with address and everything.

that's done I got them by requesting them through internet. On the other hand, after doing some research I found out that you can request a copy of tax return from IRs by filling form 4506.

In the form I found out that you can request previous tax return copies but you need to pay $50 for each year requested.

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

If you are not planning to use your assets only or a combination of assets + income then yes.

Personally I will I864 and use whatever money I have on my bank account in addition to my income even if the latter is enough. The more proof the better. It won't do any harm. The I864 is more complex than the I864ez on the other hand.

I know that both of you are using attorneys, I was wondering if you have heard anything from them about the ceac site and really the NVC processing in general? I am sure that the attorneys have a sense of what is happening with NVC....because something has definitely happened!

I hope all is well. I have not heard anything from lawyer about the website and we have already finished with everything and paid all the fees which I think might be the reason that she did not say anything. However, reading from other forums that there was problem with the system last week but I have read that it has back up running now so that people can make the payments but I can be wrong, I wish everyone a good luck and I hope the website get sorted soon so that you all can make the payment and progress further to the next process.

same here got case no and iin 2 weeks ago cannot fill DS-261.

It's been 18 days now since I submitted DS261 and it is still showing as COMPLET and I can't go further in the process. Should I call NVC and ask them to review it via phone?

U have to call them for review ds261 .. agent choose form ..

Just called NVC...I told the lady it would be a month ago and I got no access to CEAC website and fill DS-261, also I haven't received the welcome letter. Sometimes they tell you you have to wait for you PD to be current, but YOU MUST RECEIVE your welcome letter saying that. Lady on the phone said she will put some notes on my file, so I should receive my welcome letter and they should send the invoices.

09/19/16: I-797-C letters received

09/27/16: BIO early walk-in (10/06/2016)
