Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

Hey everyone, my PD is April 1, 2014 and I still have not received the welcome letter. Should I be worried?

Also, I have another question. I cannot access the DS-261, Online Choice of Address and Agent page. It says

My friend, who's priority date is end of April can already access this form. Should I be worried? I tried calling NVC today, they put me on hold for 45 minutes but I had to hang up at the end.

Hey imadol, NVC have technical issue going on for all submission forms from last week. I do not know when they will fix it. so do not worry, many are still unable to fill forms and fees too.

But I wonder the post of CMBx3, How could he filled up the DS-261?

I went ahead a completed DS 261.

What now??

PD 03 JUNE 2014

Hi CMBx3, May I know when did you filled DS-261.? because NVC have technical issue going on for almost one week for all forms submission.

even my PD is Oct 03 2013 but I am still unable to fill DS-261.?

I simply logged in from https://ceac.state.gov/iv/with my case number and IIIN. Have been logging in several times without any issues for the past 2 days.

I logged in successfully on a laptop using google chrome and also from an android smartphone using google chrome.

Hope you get the detailed info you were looking for..

I'm so sorry about that but I really have no idea.

Maybe it has something to do with location and IP address. If you're currently in India maybe have your spouse in USA try to log in from there?

I am able to login about 4 months now . But error is not eligible for future processing. .. try in internet explore. . I heard june 4 2014 complete ds261 today

I filed it last week, tuesday. but they have not reviewd it , I called them and they said they have problem with their system and so theycannot see or review forms yet. since it is not avalable in their side.

I wonder what kind of developers are sitting there!!!!! theier system is not integrated! :( I am still waiting for both fees to be invoiced! nad my PD is 3 Oct 2013!!!!!!

1/10/2013 : We sent I130 application to chicago

3/10/2013 : Application received - Priority date

8/10/2013 : NOA1 hard copy received

26/3/2015: Case Transfered to California

2/4/2015 : I-130 Approval

5/4/2015 : NOA2 Hard Copy received

23/4/2015 : NVC recieved the case

1/5/2015 : Case number and IIN assigned (Phone Call)

11/5/2015 : DS-261 Available and completed

27/5/2015 : Both fees were paid via post

28/5/2015 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

U r all done now.....just wait until NVC fix their system n then pay IV fees n fill DS-260 form...thats it

They received ur documents on May 13 so about 4-5 days later u will receive email regarding ur documents acceptance......then wait for 30 days to get them reviewed

Finally they will email u what happens next....good luck

We have submitted all Doc on 5th May 2015 and NVC received the documents on 7th however, until now we have not received anything to say that they have got our documents, Our lawyer said that they do not send anything and after submitting everything you will have to allow 30 or more days to get case closed. Please let me know if that is wrong. P.S we have also paid IV and filled D260 around the beginning of May.

Hi Friends,

Can someone please help me. On 05/13/15 evening NVC sent an email to my attorney while CC ‘d me about the welcome letter. Unfortunately the same day in the morning I sent an email to NVC about dropping my attorney from my case and immediately I called the NVC service center and mentioned about my email and the customer representative mentioned that I don’t have to worry about the attorney I can send the documents by myself. But I have some questions regarding the fee payment and sending documents.

1) I know that everyone is trouble with NVC website so when I spoke with the NVC representative he mentioned me that I can still send all my documents even though if I didn’t pay my fee is this is correct? If I do so will my case not get lost? And moreover I didn’t get the document cover sheet and what I got in the email was the IV & AOS Fee Invoice pages with Barcode on them, will I be able to send the documents (AOS & IV Packets) with those fee receipts as it has the barcodes on them or do I need to wait till the NVC website comes back on.
