I still haven't got the Welcome letter talked to the lady she told me my case is not completed on the system so she cannot add the email address will give them a call monday been a month should have got the welcome letter don't you think>?

Thanks...But even i am not able to pay IV fees yet....I think by Monday or Tuesday we should be able to pay fees...

I have see a lot of people r stuck in paying IV fees...In IR1 thread also some folks got Invoice EMail on 5th and 6th but still they can't pay fees.

I just got update on my case,

I got my NVC number and Invoice number too.

I am trying to enter data for DS-261 but its showing me below error.

The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance.

Is it normal error or may be I did not get right Invoice ID.?

I received the letter from NVC on 5/9/2015 with case number and Invoice number. My attempts to login produced the same results. Wrong combination.

I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

Call NVC. I submitted ds261 but no fees are being invoiced since my case is under cspa review and there is a backlog on lot of processing. Is your PD december 2014, then your case may not be ready for further processing as it is long way for it to be current. May be 1 and half year. So long wait for sure. Sorry my bad i see december 2013. So ya something is not right then call tomorrow. Edited May 11, 2015 by nilx25

No this is not normal... Coz after getting ur case number n IIN u should be able to get access.....

I think from Monday they should allow the access.....I have seen same thing for people with getting email for IV fees but they aren't able to pay till now.... I m one of them

So hopefully from tomorrow most of us should get access......Call tomorrow n ask them
