Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

SAM I have the same PD as you and I am getting this message which is different than yours:

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

Per the wiki it means that they are preparing to post the payments for me to pay. I had the same message as you but since yesterday it changed.

when i try to login everytime this above message come out on screen .. has anyone been faced this message in your experiences .if it does please let me know , should wait to change this message with passage of time or should i call NVC right away ?

yes i am facing the same problem and i talked to the rep on NVC she told me since my PD is 2014 may i cannot log in now and they will send me instruction once it becomes available

If you still can't access it call then and ask NVC why you are getting the message so that they will clarify what the actual problem is.

I get same message if I log in as petitioner for ds 261. I logged in as applicant and then it wont show the message. After filling out ds-261 yesterday, no AOS fees has been invoiced. I called the NVC and got Invoice number but never got any email or mail at home. Hoping to pay fees in next few days.

11/27/2013 - Priority Date

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved

04/21/2015 - NVC received Case

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days

Just had a conversation with CSR and the lady told me to send everything if i had all the documents of mine as well as beneficiary....

I asked for PCC and she told not to send at this time and the beneficiary will submit at time of Interview to Consulate.....This is for Mumbai Consulate applicants

I asked r u sure..??? she told yeah and told if i had everything send that now....

She seemed to be an old lady me......But yes if u have all the docs then we can send that after AOS fees is PAID...

my update -

called NVC today and at least now they were able to tell me the actual day my file arrived at NVC (April 29, 2015).

So I will give them another week and call them to see if I get the invoice number. Its all good because hubby still hasn't done his

police clearance :ranting: ...,,,,,he isn't paying attention to the whole process anymore because it has been sooooooo long

I think he just doesn't believe that we are this close! LOL!!

And it looks that June's VB will jump to Oct 1, 2013...,
