Any one of u guys received Welcome Letter today.....I haven't received yet...

Habel and Munafn u guys r lucky since u hired lawyers so they sent them immediately...But except u two i havent seen any other members who got case number and IIN this week and has got Welcome Letter....

I will give them a call ans ask why i havent received any letter.....

Any info how many days it takes to receive Email once they send..????

Your letter will come and just out of curiosity did you give them your email address? the reason I asked is because I got the notification via email the same time as the lawyer. Stay positive and it will come as we have not yet make our payment because of the server error which can take up to Friday as well as not filled the D260 yet therefore, we are in the same boat so don't be stressed and the letter will arrive by the end of this week. Thanks Habel....I just received the Welcome Letter which is dated of today....So fortunately its going on....

Now the beneficiary can get the PCC from this letter....Thanks Habel again

I requested them to resend again yesterday as they told they already sent on 27th but i think they should have sent hard copy i guess....

I would suggest other members to call and inquire when actually they sent the welcome letters...

One more thing...I received just one letter which is of beneficiary's name....so the other letter for the petitioner is still remaining but it doesnt matter since i have already paid the fees and filled DS-261...Good Luck all

Which documents they r asking for Petitioner Documents i.e. copy of birth certificate of petitioner as we as passport and greencard ???

Another thing is Translations ......I already have all documents in English and i am not going to submit any documents in mother language so do i have to check that as Enclosed or it should be Not Applicable..????

Be careful about translations. During my f4 journey they had requested both the original language and translation to be provided. Do you have any documents in your original language?

As far as I know the supporting documents are all the civil documents for the beneficiary and not the petitioner. You would require the birth certificate, marriage certificate, police clearance (if applicable) all for the beneficiary. The petitioner only needs to submit the affidavit of support forms and documents.

Finally my husband paid the fees yesterday 04/29/15 joy and I hope to fill out the DS-260 form by end of tomorrow or Mon. Does it really take 2-3 working days for the payment to clear or it is quicker than that? SusDan how come you managed to fill the form on the same date after you paid the IIN and AOS? Please share your knowledge with me guys and many thanks for your assistance. Munafn did your lawyer collect all your documents yet?

Finally my husband paid the fees yesterday 04/29/15 joy and I hope to fill out the DS-260 form by end of tomorrow or Mon. Does it really take 2-3 working days for the payment to clear or it is quicker than that? SusDan how come you managed to fill the form on the same date after you paid the IIN and AOS? Please share your knowledge with me guys and many thanks for your assistance. Munafn did your lawyer collect all your documents yet?

Hi Habel - I paid the fees yesterday (4/28) and it took almost 30 hours before it changed from IN Process to PAID. As soon as the status changed, I had access to the DS-260. I've filled out 99% of it and just waiting on clarification from my wife on one section. The DS-260 will take close to an hour to complete if you are fully prepared. Once that is done my lawyer will be ready to submit everything. Unfortunately they won't be able to submit everything as soon as I hoped because they are waiting on the police clearance certificate for my wife from the UK. We are going to pay for expedited service and hopefully that will be available next week. Once it gets here, we will submit everything else. I might just go ahead and submit the AOS documents as that is ready. But yea, keep checking in once every hour to see if the fee status changed to PAID.

Did they invoice to you the IV bill earlier? If not they will invoice it to you now. They've been known to invoice the IV bill once the AOS fee has been paid.

No Munafn, AOS fees $120 was shown earlier and it shows paid now...meaning shall i have to wait for IV bill invoice..

Yes, you should be receiving that shortly. In fact, you should call NVC tomorrow and ask them if they have invoiced the IV bill. Also keep checking back every 1-2 hours to see if you are able to pay for the IV bill. Once both AOS and IV bill have been paid, you will gain access to the Ds-260

Many thanks for your swift response and I will for sure keep an eye on it. I am actually ready to complete the D-260 form as I have all the info I required and our lawyer asked for all scanned copies of my husbands documents which he provided yesterday and she emailed to say that she will complete the AOS form by today and ask my husband to sign it then once I get the D-260 done from my end she will review it and submit everything. The UK police certificate doesn't take that much time therefore , good luck and I hope by next week some of us submit everything and wait for CC after. For the rest who are still waiting keep calling and nag for your case number and good luck to all of you as all are behind you and hopefully we all finish the journey together in God's will Amen!
