Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

What do you think guys should I go for meet my wife. My pd 8 July 2014. My pd current with in 6 months or more . please answer me . I am too much confused

Where are you at in the process? Unless the VB becomes current I don't think the VB will reach july 2014 in 6 months. Assume that it will move 4 weeks each month. And even that take it with a grain of salt. Your PD is currently

10-11 months away from the current VB. I think if you have the means to visit your wife you should definitely do so. This process is hard enough as it is and we need to be able to maintain our sanity by being with our loved ones.

That's the number. Unfortunately at different times of the day it takes a little back and forth before getting through. Best times are generally right around 5 or 5.30 EST

I was finally able to get in!! I tried IE, FireFox, Opera, Mozilla - nothing had worked lol. They did say though it would take 24 hours from when it was issued. I have finished paying and it is now "in process" Hoping it changes to PAID soon so that I can send out the AOS package.

Still no luck...today was my 4th call and no case number yet. I am frustrated again...

09/27/16: BIO early walk-in (10/06/2016)

I wonder why i have not recived case number. my approved date was 2th of April :(. i am not as lucky as most of you guys. but wish you all the best in the NVC processing.

1/10/2013 : We sent I130 application to chicago

3/10/2013 : Application received - Priority date

8/10/2013 : NOA1 hard copy received

26/3/2015: Case Transfered to California

2/4/2015 : I-130 Approval

5/4/2015 : NOA2 Hard Copy received

23/4/2015 : NVC recieved the case

1/5/2015 : Case number and IIN assigned (Phone Call)

Still no Welcome Letter... Don't know what's going on

The AOS fees is paid ....now just I have to send documents but without PCC cannot send n PCC can be obtained with the help of welcome letter only... So stuck

Hello hardik03 actually my husband come in 2 days for a month he took time off for the sake of the familly. Our pd is july 24 2014.we got number case and iNN. Next step is choose of agent so we not there yet some people of january pd still didn t access. You should not be afraid to leave. Good luck to you and all of us!!
