Guys what number are you calling NVC on?

Is it (603) 334-0700? Keep getting the call back again we're too busy message on that number

That's the number. Unfortunately at different times of the day it takes a little back and forth before getting through. Best times are generally right around 5 or 5.30 EST

Hi Dew_Drops,

I have tried both but I am still getting the same message therefore,I will try in tomorrow morning to see if it works. Thanks for your assistance though :)

I was finally able to get in!! I tried IE, FireFox, Opera, Mozilla - nothing had worked lol. They did say though it would take 24 hours from when it was issued. I have finished paying and it is now "in process" Hoping it changes to PAID soon so that I can send out the AOS package.

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

Congrats Munafn and I will try mine maybe a bit later if it does not work I will try it tomorrow morning but when I called NVC they told me unless I receive the letter through the post I wont be able to access it but that is not true because most of members here were able to access it without the letter dispatched to them.

New update:

I just got an email from NVC as well as our lawyer. Both fees are now paid and all documents that was required from us has been collected by our lawyer. Very happy as the wait is getting closer to the end. Good luck to the rest of you who are waiting for case number and IIN

I just spoke to a representative at NVC and the lady told me that she is sending me again the Welcome Letter and that it takes about 3-4 days to receive.....U guys had lawyer so i think u got quickly but no one else in our group has received Welcome letter without a lawyer....

Will wait couple of days to see ...But i think i should get the letter by today or tomorrow....

I just got through *sighs* the rep did confirm receiving our file but still not processed, and she told me abt the 35 days time frame, I'm willing to call again next week, u think that soon enough?
