An update frds.....I was able to pay AOS fees today and fill DS-261 form....Got AOS coversheet also...

Now i am waiting for Welcome letter from NVC thru which the beneficiary can obtain PCC....I have everything ready except that .....

So guys try and u will be able to do so...Good Luck

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

my update: Gave NVC 2 weeks and finally decided to call them this evening......got through pretty easily....actually I got through twice because the first time they hung up on me!!!

Anyway, the rep said that my case has been received at NVC but it has not yet been entered into the system. Rep told me to wait 4 weeks. (yea,,,right!!!!). I will call again end of week

Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately'.Good luck to all and for all other people that did not get through please try again and again as that is what most of us did. Still no access to payment page as of 4.30 EST. I'll try again later this morning. I did speak to a rep yesterday though =someone not so experienced. She did say that since the fee was issued yesterday to give it 24 hours so I'm hoping it will be available by this afternoon or before. Will keeo you posted

thanks for yous wishes , hopefully we all member get through NVC stage very calm and smoothly without any problems . i ll call them next week by Monday morning or end of this week by Friday . hope they will already have scanned my documents on their systems and give to me my Case Number with IIN for further processing .
