09/02/16: I-130 + I-485 + I-765 Sent (USPS)

09/15/16: Email/Text from LockBox@USCIS

09/19/16: I-797-C letters received

09/27/16: BIO early walk-in (10/06/2016)

10/05/16: I-485 RFE email received

10/11/16: RFE yellow letter received/RFE package sent

10/13/16: RFE package delivered (USPS)

10/14/16: RFE package received by USCIS (Email received from USCIS)

11/23/16: I-765 was approved. Card ordered (Expedite processing/Job offer)

11/28/16: EAD Card was mailed

12/01/16: EAD Card was in the mail

05/15/16: Interview scheduled for 6/13/17

6/13/17: Interview. Not approved in the spot. IO wanted to check for gonorrhea test on I-693. She said maybe we could get RFE.

6/19/13: I-797C Letter on the mail. I-130 was approved. 

6/26/17: Email update: Green card production was ordered on 6/24/17

6/29/17: Email saying card was mailed on 6/28/17

6/30/17: We received the card. 

6/30/17: Waiting for ROC in 2 years (6/13/19)

Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

Hello Guys,

Just got through after several attempts and now on hold to get case number as well as IIN number. Just little info I got from CSR there is another number you can use which is 6033340700 and press option 1 then 3 to speak to case specialist to get case number and IIN number. I will update once i get the confirmation.

After holding for nearly 40min the phone hang up by itself therefore, I will try again when I get home from work and update you guys but the lady that transfered my call told me a case number has been assisgned to our case. Finger cross.

My lawyer just emailed me. They received the NVC welcome letter. It's saying go ahead and pay fees but the site is not letting me in as yet. I get off work in an hour. I'll try again from my home computer and see if there's any luck.

Well guys help please.... I got my case number and iin today and while speaking to nvc the lady told me they waiting for visa for my wife so I told her im a us citizens so she said scan my certificate and send it to them in e-mail. So now I will be able to move to next step and choose agent and pay aos or I have to wait till they upgrade my status to us citizen.

I just spoke to an representative and he firstly asked me for an email address and i provided him with that and i asked him why am i not able to pay the fees...He told that they r updating the system so by tomorrow i will be able to do so...Also he told me that i will receive welcome letter soon and i also provided email address of Beneficiary....

For Indian filers..Mumbai Consulate..dont send PCC right now ...send everything except PCC ...submit PCC directly to Mumbai embassy during Interview thats what the representative told me....

my update: Gave NVC 2 weeks and finally decided to call them this evening......got through pretty easily....actually I got through twice because the first time they hung up on me!!!

Anyway, the rep said that my case has been received at NVC but it has not yet been entered into the system. Rep told me to wait 4 weeks. (yea,,,right!!!!). I will call again end of week
