Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

I am sorry to hear about this disaster news about Nepal. May God be your refuge and give you and the families strength that lost their loved ones and may God rest in peace the ones that passed. I am really really sad about what is happening in this world but I know God is with us in every problem we enconted in our live . Stay strong and may God be with you.

Currently i am on hold with NVC..spoke with a lady and has been informed that they have received the case on 16 April 2015 and i ask the case number and she told me that she will transfer to next representative...Meaning have they created our case no.??

Yes Dew Drops they asked me would you like to update your email id on ur file and i provided the same.

Things are totally new for me i can log in the page what is next step...

There are 2 links actually:

1) This is the page you will go to access the online forms and overall check case status - DS-261, DS-260..etc.

2) This is the invoice payment portal which is where we will all need to go first and pay in order to proceed with DS-261

https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/Signon.aspx?node=Signin

Currently, I am able to login into the online forms portal but not able to login to the invoice payment portal. I get the error message:

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

This according to the wiki is great news as they are apparently getting ready to invoice the AOS and IV fee.

Let me know if you guys have any better luck.
