Yes

Parents can be sponsored by US Citizens.

Or they can seek a visa based on the merits of their own situation. Job being the most common, Lottery etc..

You'll have to wait until your spouse becomes a US citizen. If your spouse meets the requirments for citizenship they can apply after being in the USA for 2 years. Once they have become a citizen they can then apply for parents - which typically takes about 2-3 years.

The above info is not correct....

To file for Citizenship based on marriage to a USC the ealiest you can file is 90 days before the 3rd anniversary of the date you became a greencard holder.... it has nothing to do with how long you have been in the US...

In most cases filing for a Parent takes about 1 year or less....
