Sorry to tag a quote that is not accurate but I need help that Dwheels is best at as soon as possible! I have been trying to schedule a medical exam for El Salvador (our interview is in 21 days) and they told me I had to be "registered". After finally figuring out I need could go to UStraveldocs, I tried to set up the medical or get registered. Instead it looks like it is trying to have me schedule my interview appointment- I don't want to do that! I have one already. Do you have any advice for me? I have requested the packet 3 (which might have better information) be sent to my email from the consulate but I still have not received it and am getting nervous that we still don't have a medical exam scheduled.

hheeeelllppp!

Just call one of the doctors make an appointment and go in asap. don;t delay. You don't need a packet 3 that's for K1's. Here's your Info page of list of doctors.

FINALLY my husband got his visa today! Our original interview was in March, but it got cancelled because his visa package never arrived at the embassy. We were placed in AP for about a month until the package arrived. But God is Good! His interview went well - only two questions! We were approved last week and visa was issued this week (day before my birthday!).

Sooooooooo glad to almost be done with this process. Just the POE now and we can finally be together.

Good luck to everyone.

Congratulations. That is good news. So happy. They better approved with NVC messin up.

Yujuuuu, finally Colombia is schedulling interviews. My daughter's and mine June 11, 2015. Thanks GOD!!!!!!

Congratulations you are updated.

I called NVC today and my husbands interview got scheduled today for June 1st!! Our CC was 4/13/15. I'm super excited but also find it suspicious a lot of people who called, the rep says the interview was just scheduled that day.. Coincidence???

Congratulations. I have updated you.

Harmon-y, who are you using for the medical? We are also processing through San Salvador but have yet to receive an appt date (cc 3/30) We were hoping to arrive a week before the interview and bang out the medical....

Oh! Who ever filled out the El Salvador embassy feedback must have been a K1. Well, when I tried to call in and make an appointment, they asked me for my Pin, which I didn't have or understand. Finally one of the secretaries was patient enough to help me understand that I had to call in and get registered and that they would help me with a pin (the number is (503) 2113-3122 or United States (703) 745-5476). I called the number and got connected to the embassy. So I got the pin number and a new woman told me that I would have to wait one business day to use my pin to make an appointment (Don't call until Monday after 1pm). And BTW, she mentions that the appointment has to be 3 weeks before the interview. So I tried to argue with her about that and it didn't work in my favor. I will let you know on Monday when I call to make an appointment how fast they are able to fit me in and if you would be able to wait until a week before the interview to do the appointment. She made it seem like I would probably have to reschedule my interview appointment because it was so close to the interview. And they definitely will not let you make an appointment without that pin number in El Salvador.

Hope someone can answer my questions

I'm sending my documents to my hubby tomorrow

These are the documents I'm sending to my hubby

* AOS (updated)

* Tax transcript 2014

* Employment Letter & Pay stubs

* AOS (NVC already sent those docs to embassy)

* tax transcripts 2013,2012,2011

I'm also sending i130 documents (copies only)

Should I send tax returns too or tax transcripts are fine?

Do I have to notarized any of my documents like passport, naturalization?

Please if i'm missing anything please let me know too..

On P4 they basically wants hubby's civil docs original and copies..

I know embassy didn't requires these documents..But I don't want to get ding on anything..

Answers are appreciated.. :wub:

Nevermind Dwheels - I did some digging and called to "register" Now I have to wait to call until Monday to make an appointment. Oh and the appointment per her must be 2 weeks before the interview or we will have to reschedule. I am so p*$%ed. Thank you government, for refusing to get me information in enough time to do something about it. :cry::cry::cry:

Sorry I was late with information. Been a very bust day.

Well that is some BS there. What a run around. Something like that you guys should then have to deal directly with embassy after case complete for interviews. My goodness. Plz Plz Department of State let me run your office I promise I can do it way more efficient and people would be izzy pizzy out the door. It don;t take all this. There is a thing call a computer forget all this paper. Flash drives and scans for us all.

Who's with me!! :goofy:
