One quick question did they ask you to bring updated affidavit of support that is of 2014 ...as i submitted tax returns of 2013 as well as affidavit.

All i have now is 2014 tax return ...do we have to carry new affidavit as well...just to mention no changes have been made though to previous affidavit

So I got my p4. Interview on the 23rd June. Still pissed off though. How the hell can people with CC's almost four weeks after me have interviews two weeks before me? How can this sh*t be fair? I am so sick of how all of this keeps turning out.

Check their NOA1 date. This is when the PD date usually trumps the CC date.

Thank you bashar ,i think you mean how long it take to get the visa not the passport, they are very fast, my wife interview on sunday , in tuesday (after 2 days)aramex send us a text message say that your passport and the seald envelope ready to pick up.

One more question... My appointment was set in the P4 letter we recived from NVC. Do we need to confirm the appointment with the embassy before going to the interview? Thanks in advance!

No bashar you dont need to confirm any thing, just go and take the appointment letter with you and show it to the security , by the way i attend with my wife me and my baby, no question ask why or you cant enter, even they not ask me or my baby about our passport or id ?

Well Well friends, got bored and called NVC only to get wonderful good news! Interview scheduled on June 4 at 6.30AM. God willing I will be with my wife in a little over a month! May all waiting get their cases finalized.

I didn't know it was so soon they send your case to the embassy well in my case since the interview date is so far away well 2 mths but I see on the website intransit pretty kool

I know this forum is for family and marriage based applications, but I am having a hard time finding any information/data on employment based applications going through the NVC. My case was closed March 31, my priority date is April 18 2014 and the bulletin is current for my category. I still have not been scheduled for an interview though, I see other people going through London with CC dates after mine have already been scheduled. I call the NVC and I get the generic response. Does anyone know if NVC shows priority to family based petitions, due to their sheer number? I know it's a long shot as everyone here is more familiar with the family based ones, but it is driving me crazy!

We got ours tonight! The same day as the interview was scheduled! Unbelievable!

I read somewhere that priority dates are factored into scheduling. Someone with an earlier date may have started the process months before you. I don't know if that is accurate, but it does seem to explain some of the mystery.

Congratulations and good luck in your interview. You're almost finished; stay positive.

Just called the NVC, long shot style. Our interview date is scheduled for 06/19!! YAAAAAAASSSS!!!

The other UK nutcases here might be interested in:

CC date 04/21, confirmation email 04/28, no interview letter yet. She operator said it'll be with us within a week though.

At this point I would like to add that I never had a nasty operator on, they were always helpful and polite.

Can you pease update the sheet.

Question to all UKers. Any idea how long it takes for the passport and packet to be returned? Website says 10-15 working days. Is this a disclaimer or does it really take as long as 3 weeks? Any knowledge of recent experiences would be appreciated.
