My wife had her medical exam done yesterday. She did her vaccines, X-rays, blood test, doctor check up and an embassy worker asked her a few questions. They told her she can pick up her results on the 29th at 4 PM, but her interview is the 30th, is this normal? has anyone else received their results the day BEFORE their interview? Thanks!

I don't know if it's normal for them to take a week or longer to get the results, but picking up the day before is certainly normal in Spain at least. I think it's actually what many people do- have the medical two days before the interview and pick up the results the next day. I think you should be fine.

no one scheduled an interview today? looks like they might be done :(

I think someone mentioned yesterday that they may not be scheduling until May 1st which is quite annoying.

Does anyone know if in the UK you are able to get your medical done before you have your interview date and p4?

Hello All,

Is it best to have the copies of the tax transcripts or the 1040 forms to take to the interview? Right now, I have the forms. Thank You!

They always prefer transcripts. But don't sweat it if you don't have them. Just bring your complete 2014 tax packet (1040 and all other schedules, W-2s, 1099s).

I completed my biometrics at Kolkata VAC on April 19. My Ustraveldocs page is showing that my passport is still at US embassy but I got my passport back on the same day I did my biometrics. The site is not showing updated information. Is it normal? post-185132-0-18262400-1429710408_thumb.jpgpost-185132-0-18262400-1429710408_thumb.jpg

Diyap-My letter just says bring updated recent federal tax returns. I also have the forms with the W2, and hopefully they wont be picky. Thanks!
