Hey! Did you get any more information on this? I posted this in a few different places and it seems as though the consensus is that the 2014 tax transcript should be sufficient, but I seem to remember reading that an updated I-864 should be included. I'm so confused!

An updated I-864 you should have you both since you are updating the information by bringing the 2014. You have altered the I-864 that was submitted. Some CO's ask some don;t but I would have it just so there is no delay if they do ask.

had a question that I am sure was asked before me, but cant seem to find it. Can i change the US address where i will stay and where i want my green card/SS card mailed to? the interview is scheduled for May.

You sure can. Change on the USCIS site. Also be sure to let the CO know at interview so they update the DS-260. This is the information the CBP has when you arrive. Verify when you land with the CBP your address to assure that all is updated and well.

I am still confused on this also. I have the 2014 tax transcripts for myself and my joint sponsor, but I am not sure if we needed to update the I-864. I have posted this question in a few places and the consensus is to just bring the tax transcript. If I hear anything else, I will keep you posted. If you get more information, please let me know too! Thanks!

If you wish to have some "insurance" at the interview, then fill out an updated I-864 and have it with you. It doesn't HURT you to have it.

There is no right answer. It depends upon the Embassy/Consulate and/or the Interviewing Officer as to whether it needs to be presented.

DO bring your 2014 tax info, including 1099s and W2s (these documents prove your income). They might not take it from you, but have it with you at the interview.

Amen. Thank you Sukie and Bless you. I can't stress this enough it's better to be prepared and just have it. You never know what the CO is thinking so just be loaded and ready. It's tax season and CO's know most of you may or may not have filed. As Sukie has stated before many of you who may be close to that poverty guideline they usually are the ones the CO wants to make sure you are stable in job and still making that money hopefully more than the previous year.

Just be ready for them so no AP.

My CC March 12 and I am still waiting too. Since I been waiting so long I contacted my congressman and put in a expedite request to NVC last week. Today they told me that the Kingston Embassy has the request. Right now I'm waiting to see if it helps things move a little faster for me. I hope we all get our interview dates soon. Jah know ... Mi tired!!!
