Hi all,

I have my interview on May/6th and I didn't receive the P4 letter by mail yet. I received it as .PDF file attached in an email. When I go to the interview shall I take a print out of the attached .PDF P4 letter or the embassy should see the original P4 received by mail?

just print it out and go for interview.you should be fine.

That's the P4 letter. See the fancy logo and all that your name and your interview date. This is the infamous P4 letter. Should have a checklist of documents and things with the codes. The letter is what you use for medical and to get in embassy.

So happy to see movement on interview scheduling. Disappointed we didn't make the cut and resigning ourselves to a June interview if we're lucky.

When typically do the next round of interview schedules get assigned? Is it the end of April/beginning of May?

What makes you think about an interview that late?

We did not hear anything back from the office yet.

But since NVC scheduled at the end of the week and most likely will start again at the begin of May I really think the congressman can make a difference since that is now the "normal" procedure of NVC.

I can't believe it!!! I spent hours (phone disconnected twice!!) on the phone with NVC on Thursday to be told I didn't have a schedule date. But this morning I checked my email AND we have an interview date!!! 5/20/15 for El Salvador!

I meant for me, as I think there is a big backlog in Dublin, I don't know about Germany, so I would say you're in line for a May/June interview.

I would phone, my wife, the USC did, just to confirm they got the email, which they did not as it went to the Washington Dept and not the local office... she got chatting to the lady over the phone and was confident they could help, highly recommend calling them, they may be able to expedite your case or at least find out what the hold up is

Yes in about 2 weeks time last week of April or 1st week in May,. Seems NVC is going to a almost every 2 week format.

Yes, I will try to get my hubby call and see if they received email.

I don´t expect getting a May interview anymore. Someone from Germany already got one and I didn´t hear anything yet so I expect it will be June.

So I guess I will hang out here for another month
