my case was approved for expedite after the nvc review, nvc completed my case on March 31st , and my package was sent on April 14, as of now it shows "READY" in website since April 17th.

Does anyone know when will I be receiving p3 and p4.

Yayy so happy for everyone! We got the interview today as well! We had already scheduled the medical just in case a few weeks ago and it's perfect timing for the interview since it'll take 10-14 days for the Dr. to send the medical files to the embassy. So medical on April 29th then interview May 12th and hopefully POE May 21st!!!!

**Okay people here's an example where your PD date (NOA1 from USCIS) can come in to play. Modon here and Kels2487 both have same Case Complete date 4/1/2015. However MODON NOA1 is 7/8/14 and Kels2487 is 11/3/14. NVC does use that on what day you get. Not Always an exact science but most times when you are in queue together it works out that way. Just wanted to help some understanding how all this stuff works**

Finally got interview date...my hubby called me at 2:30am in morning (India time) to give me the best news of my life!!

YESSSS I got the email this morning too (in Israel, so it's 4/17 morning now)!!

It's my birthday today, this is literally the best present I could have received. Going home in June!!

Has anyone try to request for early interview and what was the result? if I want to request for early interview, should I send my request email to NVC or Embassy?

Many have done it. In post #1 there is a sample letter what to right. No writing to NVC will do you nothing. You have to first be scheduled then wait until your file gets to embassy then you would email them requesting different time.

Every embassy is different some more accommodating then others. Like UK, Australia. But try you must and see what happens.

Dear VJ, our visa was approved on April 15.

I can't even imagine how we'd be able to do this without the help of this great community and would like to thank all of you, especially dwheels76 for the tremendous support.

Still recovering from the shock, I hope to stay around and offer our experience.

I do not want to be the bad guy here now but I just talked to NVC and got some more information (being true not guaranteed).

Rep said he didn´t get any email yet that May interviews are closed yet but he said around the 17th / 18th of a month they usually stop scheduling for the following month. He told me that - if I do not hear anything by today - the interview will mostly likely scheduled for June.

I´ll keep my fingers crossed for all of you that NVC will still throw out May interviews as many as possible today.

Yay that sounds about right. They like to give you and the embassy at least 30 days to prepare and they never schedule every day. There is a window of time then it closes.

Got interview date on the phone with NVC!!!

Interview date: may 26th

Embassy: Tokyo, Japan

Case complete: March 26th

Congratulations. You need to change your country flag from China to Japan I had you on spreadsheet with China.

Guess my CC date is actually March 30, not April 6th, that was just the letter date, according to the rep....Ugh that's worse

Yes the letter always is 7 days after the actual case complete. Thats why when people say I got CC letter I subtract 7 days and add them to list.

Nothing to track. Just watch the ceac Visa tracker status tracker for it to say In-Transit then Ready it then will be at embassy.

Oh crud. My letter date was March 31, 2015 so my CC was March 25? I was under the impression that it was 7 days after the CC (letter date) everyone received the hard copy. Whoops! Sorry!!

You may not get a P4. There is no P3 letter that's K1. Everything is you and your embassy so you need to contact them. How long have no idea. Since it says Ready means they have you contact them now.

Yes its true. Sorry. Tomorrow is Friday there is only 2 weeks left in the month. What isn't scheduled will move to June. Vietnam usually is a 2 to 3 month wait. Always been like that.
