Oh my god! I need help. My husband had his interview at the consulate today . He did his medical Thursday but as of Friday afternoon they did not have the results ready so he was going to try to stop by there before the interview to pick up the medical exams . He has no criminal history he had one charge several years ago but the charges were dismissed . Our cell service is not working Mexico so I'm waiting for him to get back to the hotel room on Wi-Fi to be able to call me but when I check online it says visa refused . We have six kids here he's been here for more than 15 years I don't know what else they would want from us. We have six kids here he's been here for more than 15 years I don't know what else they would want from us . Is it possible that they just refused until they get the medical results or when it says refuse does that mean that is the end of it ?

Ughhh, this is sooooo.. .well, don´t wanna loose my temper on here, i just do this here :ranting: I would have rather waited on my CC til now but getting an interview right after, instead of waiting this long for a damn interview date. Well, nothing we can do about it but wait and sit it out. Wishing everybody a huge load of patience. :girlwerewolf2xn:

What does the transcript mean...can u plz tell me?

Tax Transcripts you order from the IRS. Most embassies want this instead of tax forms because one it proves you filed and it also has everything you submitted to file taxes.

Yay! My wife and I checked the status today that passport with visa packet is ready to be picked up after visa was issued. That's fast process! It took one business day to issue visa after the interview and then two business days for visa to be picked up. Now is time for us to relax after long stressful process.

That is awesome so happy for your two. Well mercies journeys pop in now and then say HI.

I called NVC as well this morning... Each time I call I get the same response that my case is in queue to be scheduled for an interview. My case was complete on March 12, 2015. She also stated that there is not a timeframe they can give me as to when I will be scheduled. Ive been told that more than once. She stated that interviews are scheduled based on the amount of slots the Embassy has available and that is based on the individuals country. Which in my case is Jamaica.

When you say he's been here 15 years. Do you mean here in the US? Do you also have to file a I601 waiver. Can you give us some backstory here.

No they would not have refused for waiting for a medical. The Visa was denied but that would go along with a I601 waiver.

**Never mind** went to your profile and see your had to file the I601. All Visas will say refused when a I601 is involved. That's why you need the waiver because your Visa is denied. Now the I601 kicks in and you have more waiting to do. No problem. Pheww you said its already approved so no worries dear. Had me going there. LOL

question....will 2014 taxes info need to be presented at the interview?

we got our cc based upon 2013, 2012 and 2011 tax docs. we have filed for an extension this year as we file jointly and I have not completed my cdn tax info yet, nor will I till the end of the month. once mine are completed, my husband can complete his, then file.

I'm sure our interview will happen long after we both file but I won't have the original, only copies...if needed are copies acceptable?

just planning ahead......thx!

question....will 2014 taxes info need to be presented at the interview?

we got our cc based upon 2013, 2012 and 2011 tax docs. we have filed for an extension this year as we file jointly and I have not completed my cdn tax info yet, nor will I till the end of the month. once mine are completed, my husband can complete his, then file.

I'm sure our interview will happen long after we both file but I won't have the original, only copies...if needed are copies acceptable?

just planning ahead......thx!

You may need to show the extension letter thats fine.
