hey guys..had interviee last month and 221g for support.2 weeks ago submitted new support..how long do u think its gonna take.plz help

After submitting documents(transcripts) this is what the embassy said We received the documents that you sent to us, however the interviewing officer has reviewed your case and determined that we require co-sponsor together with IRS tax transcripts to verify that the form 1040 submitted is indeed a reflection of the true income of that co-sponsor as well as that the actual number of dependents of that co-sponsor is as reflected on the form 1040. If youll see on our website, http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Step_4_Collect_Financial_Documents.html, this documentation is often requested. The transcript is easy to obtain and will be sufficient in determining whether this co-sponsor has enough income to, in fact, sponsor the beneficiary.

We will require a notarized letter from the Co-sponsor specifically stating the awareness of the obligation of the areas listed below. Please include U.S. issued picture ID of the cosponsor.

That the co-sponsor is bound by the contact terms until the applicant:-

Is Naturalized;

Has worked, or can be credited with, 40 qualifying quarters of work;

Leaves the United States permanently; or

Dies.

If the alien applies for public assistance, the sponsorship affidavit will be made available to the public assistance agency. Want help understand this. Thanks

Yay! My wife and I checked the status today that passport with visa packet is ready to be picked up after visa was issued. That's fast process! It took one business day to issue visa after the interview and then two business days for visa to be picked up. Now is time for us to relax after long stressful process.

WOW they are really digging down deep. Did you submit all this to them what they ask. Or still gathering it?

Usually maybe a week .or so. Depends how long it takes them to verify your paperwork. It just like when you submitted to NVC now you have to get things checked out and verified. Shouldn't be too long.

Oh my goodness my patience waiting for an interview is REALLY REALLY wearing thin. Okay not even thin, its nothing left. What is going on with this scheduling? I don't understand how we are not able to know things about our own case. If they are switching to reviews instead of scheduling, tell us? If some system is down, tell us? GIVE us some kind of info. Thought this part would be easy but feels so much worst then all of it

They are giving you a hard time so now they want to verify your people and make sure the person you choose is on board. I have seen this happening where people ordered peoples transcripts and submitted and the person didn't even know it. So they want you to make sure the co-sponsor knows. So just do all that chop chop and get to them.

I totally agree. NVC should at least tell us what is going on then we know about a timeframe and can plan a little bit more with our life.
